Great communication, superb guest service, courteous and helpful staff...thank you!

Not fancy but comfy for an overnight stay. Not in the best neighbourhood but close enough to the airport. The hosts and staff were awesome! I requested to be collected from the airport and dropped off very early next morning. The hosts accommodated my request straightaway - even if it meant a 2am airport drop off!

Perfect if you just want to be close to the airport!

You can just walk from the airport (terminal 3 = international flights) to the hostel. Staff is really friendly. The room is perfectly clean. There are some places where you can eat/shops in the neighbourhood.

The quality of the bed so bad. Blanket so thin. How enough warm for customer while they turn on aircon? Water from shower always weak make us waste too much time to shower.

Perfect overnight stay for an early morning flight!

Good WiFi, comfortable bed, hot shower and helpful staff. They printed off my boarding passes and offer a drop off service to the airport.

Great for an overnight stay, close to terminal 3

- Free tea and coffee provided, hot water dispenser, but no cold water dispenser. However I asked for it and got a pitcher since I didn't want to use the plastic bottles (2 small bottles were provided for free) - cheap airport transfers! Worth booking here. I didn't book beforehand and when I arrived at terminal 3 there wereno available Grab cars. I called them and got picked up without a problem right away. Great service!! - super nice and helpful staff - location in walking distance to super markets and plenty of food options - clean room, everything worked great. Only thing I missed was an actual blanket or duvet. Only a thin sheet was provided

A good option if you don't mind the noisy air conditioning .

Very clean and it's close to get to the airport.

The air conditioning was too noisy and the mattess was muggy. I didn't fall asleep for the whole night. Not a good choice if you are very sensitive to sound.

Location is close to NAIA

Stayed in here as very close to NAIA terminal 3. It was the best value among other properties with same distance to airport. The room is small but didn’t mind it as it is clean and staff are friendly/helpful. Thanks.

It was completely out of the way and too many stairs to climb (I have walking problems) it would have been better t5o know this as I would not have booked it.

What was the highlight of Cornel's Room Rental (formerly Cornel's Place)

The perfect place where to stay near NAIA Airport Manila

Everything was perfect, from the guiding instructions / itinerary received before check-in, to the drop-off at airport on the day of departure. That place is located at less than 10 minutes walking from NAIA T3. It takes only 7 minutes from Cornel's room to reach the runway near Marriott hotel that leads directly to T3, while skipping queues entering the airport at peak hours. You can also use the drop-off service by the managing family: 100 Php to Terminal 3, or 200 Php to the other terminal. It's in a safe area, surrounded by many cheap eateries. One bottled of water, tea and coffee are complimentary. Aircon and hot water system works well. The bed is also comfy. We will definitely stay here at next layover in Manila.

The place was hard to find at first because the taxi drivers dont know the place. But, it's so close to naia terminal 3.
